Do all services require a subscription?
No. We offer both one-time and subscription-based Plans.
One-Time Purchase: Pay once for your website. After the included support period ends, you can manage it yourself or purchase maintenance if needed.
Subscription: Get a website with no upfront website cost, plus hosting, security updates, maintenance, priority support, and ongoing website changes for one recurring price.
This lets you choose the option that best fits your business and budget.
When does my subscription begin?
Your Subscription begins once your website has been approved and is ready to launch. The first payment is due before your website goes live.
How often will I be billed?
One-Time Purchase: One time before the site goes live.
Subscription: Every month on the same billing date.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You may cancel your Subscription at any time.
If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. No additional recurring payments will be charged after that.
How do I cancel my subscription?

Will I receive a refund if I cancel?
No. Payments are non-refundable. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my website if I cancel my Subscription?
If you cancel during your first billing cycle, an early cancellation fee of $199 is required before your website can remain online or be transferred to you. If the early cancellation fee is not paid, your website will be taken offline at the end of your current billing period.
After the first billing cycle, you may cancel at any time without this fee. Hosting, maintenance, security updates, and support will end when your current billing period expires unless you make other hosting arrangements.
Can I reactivate my subscription?
If your website has not yet been removed from our servers (usually 1 year), you can reactivate your Subscription at any time by contacting us.
